Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FloraCraft Academy website and related services at valleavance.bond (the “Service”).

1. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the Service, interfere with normal operation, or attempt to access areas or systems you are not authorized to access.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login credentials, resell access, or allow others to use your account except as expressly permitted by FloraCraft Academy.

Prohibited activities include, without limitation: attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system; bypassing security measures; distributing malware; scraping or automated harvesting that disrupts performance; and infringing the intellectual property rights of FloraCraft Academy or others.

2. Payments

Pricing, subscription terms (if applicable), and included features are displayed at the time of purchase and/or in the course catalog. By placing an order, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the displayed amount using your selected payment method.

Taxes, duties, or similar governmental assessments may apply depending on your location and are your responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise. You agree to provide accurate billing information and keep it up to date.

We may update prices or availability from time to time. Changes do not retroactively affect purchases already completed, except where required by law or where a pricing error is clearly evident and we are permitted to correct it.

3. Refunds

If a refund is available for your purchase, you may request it within 7 days of the original transaction provided you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content (or equivalent consumption metric).

Refund requests must be submitted using the contact details in Section 5. We may ask for details to help us verify eligibility and improve the Service. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible and processing times may vary by provider.

Certain items may be non-refundable where clearly indicated at checkout (for example, one-time live events, limited-seat workshops, or digital downloads already delivered), to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to deliver accurate educational content and a reliable platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FloraCraft Academy and its affiliates, instructors, partners, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims related to the Service will be limited to the amount you paid us for the specific course or product giving rise to the claim during the 3 months preceding the event that led to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
